| Introduction of low melting point CaO compound desulfurizer |
1. Instruction:
The product is a new-generation desulfurizer developed by our company, mainly aiming the CaC2 and CaO desulfurizer whose melting point is over 1700℃, absorptivity is low, reaction time is too long, and the molten iron cools seriously. The product is made artificially, with the melting point 1400-1500℃. The features are:
The adding volume is 0.5-1.5%; the cost reduces 30-50% compared with CaC2 desulfurizer.
Molten steel desulfuration and molten iron desulfuration both can be used.
Absorb quickly and react swiftly. Injection process can reach a satisfied effect.
The CaO passivated does not absorb moisture and dissolve in water, and is easy to transport and store. |

3. Usage:
DTS-1 is mainly used for the desulfuration of molten steel, molten iron, and above 3t iron ladle injection process; the temperature of the molten iron (steel) is over 1400℃, the adding volume is 0.5-1.5%, and the desulfuration rate can reach 30-50%. DTS-2 and DTS-3 are mainly used for the desulfuration of below 3t iron ladle injection process; the temperature of the molten iron is over 1400℃, the adding volume is 0.5-1.5%, and the desulfuration rate can reach 30-40%. About desulfuration of the mixing process, the reaction time of desulfuration is 3-8min. When the temperature of molten iron is 1450-1500℃, the desulfuration rate can reach 60-90%.
4. Package:
25Kg plastic and paper compound bag, or pack it according to the customers’ requirements.
